Patience is key because it took a while to hear back after the first telephone screen to 1:1 interview with manager and then to the panel interview. In between while waiting, was some questionnaire I had to fill out as well as an online application form with background information. people were friendly - but you can tell this is a bureacratic work environment.

There were Numerous interviews by phone and none in person. There were also no interviews outside of the department. The last interaction was to meet for a snack and coffee.

Online application is relatively extensive and the recruiter reached out promptly. I had the phone call with the recruiter which was pretty straightforward but then didn’t hear from her after. I sent a follow up email 2 weeks later and no response.
