After submitting applications, I eventually received a call back and was interviewed by 2 managers at the same time. I was given the option of which department I wanted to work with. They were quite nice and just be prepared for the typical interview questions and be yourself. Emphasis on team work and customer service is a plus. I got lucky I didn't have to do a panel interview.

Panel interview with managers. They each one ask questions and took notes. You gave to wear professional. They provided address to the location for interviews and expect you to know your way there.
