Recruiter Called for my Career snapshot 2 mos after I send my application and then after 6 weeks manager called for interview. 1 week after, I did panel interview for about 40 mins, they told me at the end of interview they are still interviewing other candidates and will let me know after a week.
** Very strange because They are telling me I did great! And asked me when can I start🥸.. I checked my kaiser online few hours after interview and my status changed to “Im no longer in consideration.”
So don't wait for a call back, check your online status same day to find out.
