Great interview! Asked quite a lot technical questions.It was one onsite interview with the hiring manager, technical lead and one fellow consultant. Overall, I was satisfied by the interview process. I got the offer a week after the interview. Background check took a lot of time (40 days).

Applied through their official website for jobs, then got emailed notified by a recruiter to set a screening call to qualify and then the recruiter coordinated an interview with the hiring manager and then from there a zoom call and then an interview panel.

Phone Interview with hiring Director, it really turned into a great conversion about Kaiser and its history (you may want to read up on it prior to interview). Second interview was with program manager I would be directly working under and her questions were more in line with my skills and what I would bring to the team.
