Initial Phone where they reviewed and confirmed the resume. During Phone interview they were interested in reason why I was wanting to leave current employer. Followed up with 3 in-person interviews to meet all the staff I would be working with. Job offer on Third in-person interview.

Asked a lot about my work history and they type of people I worked with. Company is large and its hard to lay off people so they make sure you are the right fit before hiring.

The interview process ran well, but the background check takes a long time. The HR did not tell you there is a more than one month background check until you get hired by the company, it would be better if they could shorten the background check process and tell the candidate all information in advance.

Standard process, started with a recruiter. Then passed off to HR at the local office, then an all day interview with representatives from across the company. I saw a tour of the facility as well as had the chance to talk with people working in Finance as well as leadership from other important areas
