It was a panel interview with the HR personnel, radiology supervisor and another technologist. First they asked about my background, skills and my schedule. Then they gave me case scenarios to know how i would handle certain situations. Over all it was a quick and simple interview. No knowledge tests or personality tests.

they interview you in detail because they want to get to know you. it helps to get an internship there before coming in. everybody wants to work at kaiser because they pay well so the competition is fierce

I was interviewed by a panel of Diagnostic Imaging supervisors, which made me very nervous. They tried their best to ease my nerves, but it didn’t help. They alternated asking questions while scoring my responses .
