I was called by the hiring manager's administrative assistant for an interview a week in advance. The interviewers consisted of four people, including a physician and an IT person. There was only this one interview, which lasted about one hour. The interviewers were all very friendly and fairly laid back. The questions they asked were very fair and typical for the position.

I went through 3 rounds of interviews and they did not get back to me until four months later. Also, before my 2nd interview, the recruiter reached out to me on Sunday to let me know I had to create a detailed presentation a day before my interview. The whole process revealed to me that the organization lacked effective communication.
