2 sets of phone interviews with current or former fellows, then final on-site interview with senior leadership. Each phone interview lasted about an hour, including behavioral questions and one case study.

3 rounds of interviews: 1 with current fellow/alumni of program, next with Program Director, final round in-person with several panels of local medical center executives and then individual interviews with Regional Executive Sponsors of the program (latter is on separate day)
