It was a group interview. The questions were not your typical interview questions. What is your favorite color? What animal would you be and why? Describe an experience where you went above and beyond. The rest were typical interview questions. It was fun.

After completing the application they ask you to take an assessment test, then a video interview. After that they do a phone interview and then a group interview. The whole process can take quite a while.

If you are applying for a bilingual position be prepared to take a few assessments beforehand. The final interview is titled Meet and Greet, you hand them your resume and they take you around their call center and hospital. Everyone was very nice, but very informal in a group setting.
