I applied through email and shared my portfolio link. After reviewing my portfolio, I was invited for a 1:1 personal interview by ECD Kumar Ganesan, after my PI, I received my offer letter within a day and joined work from the next day.

Since Kumar had seen my portfolio already, he asked me questions about last drawn CTC, expected CTC, earliest availability and why I wanted to work with a small ad agency.
