The interview sessions not that professional, which I really did not like the system of HR did. First, the information came so sudden and I just wonder "what if anyone has their on activity on that time, while you trying to make an interview session right away?". Besides, the company also asked to filled up the resume based on their own format in 3 hours before interview session. Which I have no idea with it. I hope the system of recruitment in the company need to improve as soon as possible.
