1). First of all, if you know the all basic concepts and have clear understanding then and only then go for interview.
2). If you can write any program without a inbuilt method
3) If you have well versed knowledge of data structure
4) if you have well versed knowledge of SQL
They want a full stack experienced fresher on 5k stipend as per their point of view who has good knowledge (1,2,3,4) he can work for 5k

3 rounds 1st round was mcq test.Next round was toughest programming round in which you have to solve one program out of 9without using any inbuilt function.First round was easy.
