The team is incredibly slow to reply to emails and thus interviews. Upon scheduling the interview, they often called late, then they never kept me in the loop of next steps but say follow up with another person but don’t necessarily introduce you to them, just another email. Then, I had to continue to follow up regarding where in the interview process I was. Ultimately, I had to reach out to find ultimately get the classic ‘you didn’t get it, but keep us mind.’ I can say that I lost true interest working there when they didn’t have a formal interview structure but played more like a ping pong ball.
