Initial screening on campus followed by a one on one video call with senior management. The campus interview had an IQ test and the interview on call was more a gauging of personality and ability to apply concepts to industry.
Spoke to a member of HR over a ms teams interview to discuss experience, expectations and role duties. it was mild mannered and didn’t seem too fruitful however they did send an offer. Salary was too low for me
