The interview went well. Technical questions focused on leadership and management were mostly asked. Although, some questions were situational and has to be answered based on you personal experiences. The panelists were so accommodating that you don't feel you are being interviewed.

The whole process was done virtually. I was interviewed twice. First interview is facilitated by the Human Resource then was immediately schedule for a panel interview two days after. Most of the questions are leadership role questions and took about an hour.
