I applied online. Interview process took about 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lightspeed Research in March 2018. First I sent an online application, after a review I was requested to complete gamification assessment called Skyrise City by Arctic Shores. After this stage I was asked to do video interview. They asked 4 questions: - Why are you interested in our graduate scheme? - What skills would you bring to Lightspeed? - What inspired you at most at joining Lightspeed on such an exciting journey of transformation? - Based on the research around Lightspeed, what makes you most curious? For assessment centre we had to prepare a presentation on delivering research for American Football streaming company and present it in front of 2 people. Group exercise was about designing a survey "How British are you?" and followed by interview with two assessors. Some of the interview questions were inspired by the outcomes from gamification.
