Had to email my resume to HR Staff, got a phone call later to discuss my interests and followed up with a short video interview which consisted of behavioural questions.
An initial phone interview focused on experience and fit. Then invited to a Teams interview to discuss understanding of the role, expectations, and answer the team leader’s questions about responsibilities.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. If they like you, they hire you right away. It's after the interview and training that's a bit tricky. Sometimes they don't give you shifts at all.

Interview process was short and sweet. It was very easy to understand. Questions were based on past experiences mostly. Interviewer was very friendly and answered all my questions. Was accepted shortly for training sessions to learn the software and about the company.
