I had applied for an internship position. Had online interview after completing around 3 months had another interview for the full time role. Was asked general questions regarding analysis and why this role. During second round questions were on the projects I worked.

Why is the difference between analysis and analytics?
Amazing experience, they asked me to share my views on sports and how do I analyse my likes and dislikes. This was followed with a psychometric test and aptitude. The difficulty of test was medium.

The interview was long but welcoming on the part of interviewers. General knowledge about various domains was particularly important. Technical questions about basic research terminologies were asked. Having proficiency in office tools and SPSS can help.
