It was smooth with two rounds of interviews and an assignment. Very holistic covered all angles and the interviews were a very casual chat but despite that there was in depth discussion about experience and capabilities

Coffee interview then meet the team. Both were in person. The coffee was with the managing director as I was recommended internally. Then when I met the team it was at their office and they were kind enough to give me an office tour.
