Pretty straightforward. I applied online and the director and the manager of operations contacted me for a phone interview and after I had a second interview. A face to face interview. I received a response quickly.

good and smooth interview process probably because it is during the pandemic. Not that much of a hassle. interviewers are welcoming as well. The interview is fast and result can be shared in less than a month or two
There are two tasks that the participants are asked to do - prioritization and detail orientation. The interviews are mostly done online and the candidates have about a day to complete the task
