Moderately challenging. Long wait times in between and poor on boarding policies and procedures. Local leadership was outstanding and supportive but corporate was slow and unorganized. More focus on interaction with staff and students than expected
Told to teach a lesson, was given lesson plan to do. Need to guide 3 students through a lesson, one person did not get it. Interviewer acts as the 3 students. kind of tripped me up when she went through them.

Had a pleasant interview process. The whole thing was quick and timely, finished all three parts of the interview process within 4 weeks. Everyone was very friendly, and the whole interview process was online, which was pretty convenient for me.
