The Kaplan interview process has several stages. If you pass the "audition" stage, you get another interview where they ask you to practice teaching some questions as if you were in a tutoring session. This was about an hour long interview that took place online using Skype. If you pass that, then you have another Skype interview, where you get to ask what the compensation rates are. They only pay $19 /hr to tutor for the SAT or GRE, regardless of whether its online, in-person, one on one, or to a whole class.

Bit rushed and unprofessional, then added a 2nd round interview after a month of radio silence. No-one involved in any of the interviews seemed like they could be bothered with it.

Brief interview and presentation - listened into by other tutors who then asked questions. Presentation felt a bit intimidating but was ok in the end. Interview only around 30 minutes
