The guy conducting the audition was horribly dressed (running shoes with slacks). He bragged about how he had money and consistently had perfect ratings from his students at Kaplan. He told us that Kaplan is a meritocracy implying he had great merit. Then we gave five minute presentations.
Told to teach a lesson, was given lesson plan to do. Need to guide 3 students through a lesson, one person did not get it. Interviewer acts as the 3 students. kind of tripped me up when she went through them.

Had a pleasant interview process. The whole thing was quick and timely, finished all three parts of the interview process within 4 weeks. Everyone was very friendly, and the whole interview process was online, which was pretty convenient for me.
