The process started with a pleasant phone screening followed by an online assessment test. I researched the company and found other applicants complaining that the test is a waste of time. The test I was assigned was for a programmer, which I declined to take since it was irrelevant to my position. If they ask you to take a test during the interview you should ask them what test they want you to take.
Group Interview, done over teams but fairly professional. Some tuff questions but overall pretty standard questions about expectations, how I have dealt with challenges. Also asked about work from home versus office
