I had the 1st HR round, it is simple, multiple behavior based questions and also explanation of the interview process and assessment of overall fit and availability and description of the role, time to ask questions.

HR screening call (30 min, ask questions about the job, personality questions), then hands-on test on site (2 separate tasks), and then an interview with the production manager (45 min, personality questions, questions about past experiences). After the interview, a reference check.
