First step was to submit an application. Second, submit a teacher profile.
Then, 30 min phone call when you can ask questions and give them quick preview about why are you interested. After that you have a 30 minutes Skype interview with questions about your knowledge and experience.

Was a very quick process. Just one interview over the phone and a video submission answering questions. So was a pretty quick easy process that did not take long and were only concerned with ability to learn and care for animals and that you had some experience.
