Phone interview and in person interview. Both were relaxed and you were also shown around the office and introduced to some people that you could potentially be working with. They were really friendly.

This company conducted 4 interviews. The first was a phone interview with their VP of HR. The next was with the hiring managers. Then a third interview with the managers and team where I was expected to teach a lesson for them to critique. Lastly an interview with the department director.
