It was very friendly and educative process. Initially, the screening was difficult, but later everything was about skills and knowledge. The HR department was very helpful in understanding companies policies and benefits. The technical team was interested in testing practical knowledge, and it was pretty intensive than expected. The officials who was representing the company was very happy about their job and they are very well trained in recruiting process.
