I was contacted by the in-house recruiter for a short screening phone interview. I was asked a few questions that seemed to check if I had read the company web site. They followed up by email to schedule an in-person interview that week. I met with the hiring manager and his team in a small conference room. Everyone was very pleasant. They have a very nice folder of benefits for prospective employees. A timed intelligence test was required at the end of the interview. One interesting thing of note about this company is that they are very passionate about their "patch values." The patch is an internal company coat of arms for employees to rally around. There are dozens of employees, including one that I interviewed with, who have this emblem tattooed on their bodies. There is a company blog post about this. They are very, very passionate about this so be sure you know about it.
