Was contacted by the recruiter. Had a phone call with her. Then was sent an email for a second interview. In the meantime the recruiter was always there to “help and prepare” me for the interview. After the second interview and me sending follow up emails, I received zero response. Even if I wasn’t a strong candidate, I believe they should let you know, the same way they were preparing you for your interviews. We deserve the same respect as we give to them.

They contacted me, scheduled the interview, no showed, then ghosted me. I understand hiring managers fet busy but for a company of that size with their resources one would think they have an automated Rejection email.

The interview process was straight forward. The recruiter Gabriela was extremely helpful through every step, letting me know what the next phases of the process would look like. When working around my schedule to ensure I was continuing with the process, she was phenomenal.
It was actually great. Gabriela was awesome with me and I hopefully join in the future for an IT position. Great feedback overall from the team, smooth process and offer. Great benefits
