The Kaseya Recruiter was absolutely manic, she gave me a terrible first impression about the company. When preparing me for the interview she asked me not to ask about work-life balance because it was a sales position and employees need to have the mentality of going above and beyond, which I found out that means arriving early and finishing up late to meet their unrealistic sales targets. They describe their culture as work hard play hard. One of the interviewers described the company as one of the hardest companies to work for. They might know how to sell their products, but they don't know how to motivate candidates about the role, probably because the culture is indeed toxic as some of the reviews show.
