The interview itself was okay — everyone was polite and professional, and I had a positive impression of the team when I left. I was told I'd hear back in two to four weeks, which seemed reasonable. But over a month and a couple of follow-ups with no reply at all, it's clear I got ghosted. I realize hiring takes time or priorities change, but being completely silent demonstrate company's attitude towards applicants. It's disappointing after time and effort have gone into it.
