First contact was with an American interviewer.
He was very polite and straightforward as the position and functions to be performed.
He made a clear and pleasant interview considering that the English language is not my native language.

The second stage was in Brazil with my current manager, he was as clear and direct as their needs in the company.
We made some technical issues and felt satisfied when approached my attitude in business.

Technical questions, Japanese language test, personality test, overall it was a good interview. IT manager was really skilled with good personality and charm. HR and IT were together when interviewing. So there is the test for technical skill, language and personality as well.
