I applied through LinkedIn, after 5 days I received an email from HR asking about the preferred time slot. after 7 days we scheduled a 30 mins HR interview it was smooth, with basic questions, and the HR is so lovely. After 5 days she messaged me and we scheduled the technical interview with 2 managers. They asked about everything in my CV, they explained the role very well, they asked very specific technical questions, it was hard but they were so friendly. They sent an assignment on the same day. I delivered the assignment after 3 days. I followed up after 4 days and they replied after 8 days that I am invited to the final one with the global manager The last interview was smooth and friendly. general questions: Why Kaspersky? When do you see yourself after 5 years? What are your biggest challenges? and some questions about my personality and my version The next day I received the offer :)

I applied on Linkedin and got a message from HR few days later. I was eventually heading for 4 rounds of interviews : ITW with HR, Technical & Skills test, ITW with Managers and lastly interview with the Head of Departement.
I went throught the whole recruitment process and it lasted over a month.
During the last interview with the Head of Departement, I was introduced to the organizational chart, got indications that I could hear about their definitive decision two weeks after.
Unfortunately I had no feedback. I've sent two emails to the HR just to ask for some visibility but I kept being ghosted.
As a job seeker I feel like I lost a precious time, had to put away some opportunities because I was in a recruiting process and I was really interested by the possibility of integrating this company.
Very negative experience for me, I hope Kaspersky doesn't treat all rejected candidates like this.
