Cautionary tale! Received an invitation from a recruiter for a virtual interview with HR. Provided with a detailed presentation about the role. The interviewer maintained a courteous demeanor but seemed overly focused on my marital status, suggesting it might affect my suitability for the position. Despite my reassurances about understanding the job requirements from the outset, this point was reiterated twice. Furthermore, the interviewer contradicted the company's stance on encouraging graduates to apply, revealing a preference for experienced candidates. This experience ultimately felt like a futile investment of my time.
