I applied on LinkedIn. The process involves a one-on-one interview with practice manager and then group interview. They also have you do a DISC assessment to determine your work personality type.
The assessment places you into one of four categories (D,I,S, or C) and also compares them to other staff in the office and your potential manager. This allows them to understand how you respond to conflict, what motivates you, what causes you stress and how you solve problems. It is really helpful from a management perspective.
Overall my interview was average difficulty. They hire experienced people who are also positive and pleasant to work with. They're also very accessible and want to get to know you as an individual.
