I was referred to the interview. I interviewed with two senior analysts, two separate rounds, over the phone, within a 3 day period. The questions were mostly about background and examples of work done that relate to the position and firm (fundamental analysis, basic accounting, financial modeling). Very smart and nice group of people. They seemed to be genuinely looking for a good fit rather than intimidate.
