It was a Skype interview. He spent the entire time bragging about how amazing he thinks he is. To be honest, he has very little experience prior to when he started Coastal Odyssey. He grew up on his father's fishing lodge and then kayak guided a couple seasons in Vancouver. For some reason he thinks this makes him the greatest guide on the planet. I've seen his interaction with customers and I'd describe it as less than satisfactory.
