It is a wonderful process and I advise all people to work through the Internet because it gives us greater opportunities to work through technology and entertain them in the evolution of society.

They are pretty laid back. If they think you are someone they want to pursue they will pursue you; however, overall they lack a sense of urgency within their hiring framework. I met with two people for the first interview, an HR manager and an Operations manager. They were very friendly and helpful. For the second round of interviews, I basically met with everyone in the office and plant on the managerial side. It was a long day of several interviews, but none of them were hard or stressfull.
