Was a long interview process with both one on one interviews and panel interviews. Ultimately I thought the process for a recruiter position was drawn out. The panel interview seemed unnecessary as well.

Submitted resume through Indeed. Received a phone call to set up phone interview with HR. A week after the phone interview, received phone call for in person interview. About a week after in person interview, received phone interview request from VP of HR. A week later, received an offer.
