Submitted online application after company presentation at my university. Once selected for interview & pass CV screening, completed 3 rounds, case & fit interviews. Process was fairly quick, with feedback within a few days of each round. Final round was with a Partner.

Drei Case Interviews mit drei verschiedenen Kearney Mitarbeitern. Jedes Interview dauert genau eine Stunde, 20 min. kennenlernen, 30 min Case, 10 min. Fragen des Interviewee. Danach würde noch ein weiteres Interview mit einem Partner folgen.
Regular case interview with personal part as well. Relatively common questions that you can anticipate like why I want to join Kearney and tell me about a challenge that you had at a precious emplyer.
