There were 3 interviews, and each of them probed different areas of expertise. The basic APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC interpretation for use in continuous improvement, blueprint reading, CNC CMM programming, supplier quality / development techniques. The submission of 20+ certificates I've earned through ASQ, AIGA, and TS-16949 lead auditor certification, and other organizations in the pursuit of developing strong quality assurance methods. After accepting the position, I recreated the interview process to hire associates within my field.
