Recruited by a area Real Estate Agent with some credibility, and asked to lunch, Breakfast, and dinner, sometimes alone, sometimes with other recruits.
Make sure you get what they promise you to change companies, i.e. they pay for your first set of Business Cards, sometimes yard signs, etc.
Take advantage of training, even if a veteran, it can reassure you on your processes or give you some new insight.

Interview was very quick and casual. They asked me the expected questions: “where do you see yourself in 5 years” “what do you want to accomplish with real estate” and questions like this. They hire you on the spot

Wasn't too formal. It was mostly getting to know each other and whether their culture is a good fit. There was a lot of conversation, though not all of it was helpful.
