Quite simple very fast. Had several phone interviews with three different people. The worst part was Intel's I-9 verification process. It was very difficult to complete, not very user friendly.

Applied online through Kelly, recruiter called and asked a few questions and then sent me info about interview. Supervisor interviewed me but did not ask many questions just reviewed job description and asked if I was ok with the pay. Offered me the job on the spot.
