Overall the hiring process was average. There are steps prior to attending an orientation and getting cleared to work for Kelly. Any future applicants interested in applying I suggest making sure you take care of the background checks and trainings ahead of time to make the process go faster.

There was no face to face interview. People who are interested in applying have to fill out an application online and wait to be called. Afterwards they will invite you to an orientation and tell you what you need to do in terms of clearances.

Very simple. I was hired on the spot to substitute teach in my chosen district. It was a group interview and everyone was hired. We then talked about the hiring process and how to continue with the required training courses.
