A lot of the initial correspondence was via telephone and then an interview with the agency on behalf of the client.

The interview was in person, and included some assessment and aptitude tests. Questions revolve around experience, credentials, ect. It included a drug & background check. They accommodated the entire process in a single day, as the site was some distance for me to travel
