The interview consist of mainly 4 rounds: Assignment, Technical 1, Technial 2, HR. Assignment given depends on the role. For me, they gave to build 3 modules which were backend. It felt they were large for an assignment and time consuming. Interviews are all Face to Face. The HR was not as such friendly. For some reason they asked me cliche kind of questions which are irrelevant for my role. They asked me to name 5 adjectives that my friends, parents, boss and myself would define for me. In total 15 adjectives and they should be unique. I mean this is unrealistic. First Technical round, the interviewer was nice and asked mostly questions related to Node js such as event loops, promises, async, then some backend heavy questions, SQL query and a problem solving. Second technical, the interviewer was a senior architect and was rude. They did not have pateince to wait for my answer and jumped directly to conclusions. It was rough in that sense. Overall I think it was a bad experience.
