I attended their hiring event. I checked in, filled out an application and was immediately interviewed by the screener. I was then taken upstairs for the main interview with two managers. I was asked pretty standard interview questions which lasted about 15 minutes. I was then told I would receive a phone call within 3 days. Never heard from them again. The office environment seemed professional, yet, relaxed which makes me wish I would've gotten the job.

The interview itself was a positive experience; however, the follow-up process was disappointing. Despite reaching out multiple times both to the recruiter and the interview panel. I did not receive any feedback or formal communication regarding the outcome of my interview. I understand that not every candidate may be selected, but a professional courtesy in the form of a response would have been appreciated. The lack of follow-up reflects poorly on the candidate's experience and overall communication process.
