Super simple and easy. I applied for the job with a referral. And came into meet the district manager. Following the interview it was just getting contacted by hr for paperwork and drug tests.
It’s a panel interview. This can be overwhelming for some people. Integrity doesn’t matter. It’s not even mentioned. You are faced with all the staff managers, some of whom have been there less time than the agents and have no experience in the industry.
A very easy interview process with great questions asked. They definitely care about your success and career there. They were very relaxed and made you feel comfortable and welcome to ask questions to them
