Easy interview process and people were very kind. I made it through 3-4 rounds of interviews, though, and then haven't heard from Kemps for over a month. I did see the job reposted on LinkedIn so it's safe to say I didn't get the job. If a candidate spends several hours with several staff members and has been flexible with availability, even moving an interview due to an interviewer needing to move it, a follow-up email (even if it's automated) would be kind. It's unfortunate, because I feel like I would have really loved this role and this company.

A teams meeting with one of my soon to be supervisors and someone on the HR team as well. Super smooth conversations and definitely get prepared for. Informed me of the daily work procedures and overall great conditions.
